Terms of service

Custom Orders: 

Custom orders take around 3-10 weeks to fabricate, this time line is subject to change. Custom orders require a $200 non-refundable deposit and the rest of the quoted amount is due upon completion. If you choose to pay in full for your order ahead of time, this amount is non refundable unless an error is made during fabrication. Quotes are subject to fluctuate depending on the labor required for your custom piece. I do my best to give an 100% accurate quote once the design is agreed upon and any changes in pricing along the way will be confirmed with you before I continue fabrication. In the case of an abandoned custom order,  no refund will be given and the item will be listed in my shop for sale. I also reserve the right to never do business with you again if this does happen. Custom work requires a lot of communication and also requires accurate sizing information. I am not liable for a refund if you provide the wrong sizing information.Thanks for understanding.
