Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping:
Ready to ship items will be processed for shipment within 1-5 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, I always recommend adding insurance or a signature confirmation to your order. If these options aren't showing up for you please email me as I'm happy to accommodate. All domestic orders include tracking. Please double check your shipping address before completing an order, I will ship to whatever address is used at checkout. If your package is shipped to the wrong address provided by you, it is up to you to reroute the package to your desired address. Once orders are dropped at the post office they are out of my hands, I can not control shipping times or lost items- that needs to be taken up with the shipping provider. In the case of a lost item, I will gladly assist you in opening a claim but I will not be held liable for lost item refunds. This is why its very important to choose insurance at checkout. I can not be held liable for stolen packages, so please consider adding a required signature to your package.
International:
Shipments are made via USPS First Class international and DO NOT include tracking. If you wish to purchase tracking for an international package, please contact us via email so we can assess the additional fee based on your location. (usually between $30-$50 USD).Buyer is responsible for any fees or taxes associated with shipping internationally, and seller will not be held responsible for items that may be held up by customs. International orders are not eligible for returns under any circumstance, this includes orders that arrive damaged. Please read the listings carefully and make sure your shipping address is 100% correct. I rarely have issues with international shipping but these things do happen. Spend the extra money to ensure your package arrives safely , I will help you!
