Refund Policy:
Please note that all sales are final, this includes custom orders, ready to ship items and sale items. All deposits are non refundable. If you receive your piece and are not satisfied please email me, as I can offer store credit for your item if a return is approved. In the case of a fabrication error or cracked stone on my part during fabrication, I will gladly reimburse your order for the full amount paid or offer you a %25 discount on the item if you'd like to keep the damaged item. If you are ordering a custom piece from me please make sure you have the correct sizing information, I will not be held liable for incorrect sizing and will not refund customer sizing error. This rarely ever happens so please, please go get sized from a professional jewelry counter to avoid this situation. I do not offer resizing as this process can damage the gem stone.
If a piece is approved for store credit, that item needs to be shipped back to me within three business days in the condition it arrived in and the original packaging. Shipping needs to be paid for by you and tracking needs to be sent to my email. Store credit is not approved for use on sale items. If upon arrival the returned piece is damaged I will not approve the store credit, the item will be shipped back to you with out store credit. Items sent back to me without prior communication and approval by seller will not be accepted.
